A number of factors come into play here, but all of my clients
have been able to sell their homes within their time frames and at
their desired
terms. It has come to my attention that several states have disclosure
laws regarding a person's death or serious illness in a home, and New York
even has a direct clause regarding the presence of ghosts. In either
case, working
with a professional can only help. I welcome inquiries from people who
are having difficulty selling their homes, as well as from real estate
professionals who recognize the impact that energetic events can have
on a home and its
value. I understand that it may be beyond the jurisdiction of a Realtor
to hire me directly, and I do find that I need to work directly with the
owners, but I often find that "a word to the wise is sufficient." As
one of my realtor friends says, "whatever it takes."
